Returns
You have 7 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit as per your preference.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Items purchased under special discounts, unless faulty.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
